This one wey every union in some government universities they fight for hazard money no good. This will astronomically increase the wages paid every month. Those truly entitled to hazard are staffs working in workshops and laboratories even lecturers are not entitled to it in a sane clime. I wonder how people argue blindly over a matter they know little or nothing about. Lecturers perform 3 roles in any university i.e. teaching, research and administration. No one does research in any field who is not exposed to one hazard or the other. Even those in humanities are predisposed to hazards when they go out to administer questionnaires, not to talk of those in science-related fields who are always on the field and/or in the lab.
