Am the type that sweats too much.. most times seconds after taking my bath, before i apply cream i start to sweat..... I've been told to eat less salt and sugar: currently eating less of them. its still not helping... please any working solution will be highly appreciated.. Have heard of Antiperspirants, haven't tried any but would like to know if there's one that actually works.. Help Please

yeah...good things don't come cheap.. When u are all sweaty with all that map on your shirt, its a turn off to people...

Then you should not complain about why you sweat a lot... I take 8 - 10 glasses of water per day and it makes me sweat, nut also makes me look good.

I normally stay away from the sun, stress and bathe 3 times a day to control the sweat..
