Are business centers in all universities the same? With terrible prices and poor customer services?

I had this lady type my term paper for me but she keeps telling me come today, come tomorrow and this is not the first time. My friend complained about similar poor service when he was typing his project.

The price of photocopy and print is another wahala. At UNEC here, it's N20 per photocopy for gen and N10 for Nepa. Printing is N50 for a page. Aren't this prices too exorbitant for a student? Not to talk of poor print and photocopy quality.

Guys, what's your experience like with these people in your schools and how much do they charge?
