Some of you have to deal with your tribalistic traits. I know so many Igbo folks studying in the North. Someone I know who graduated from the EAST and he is running his Msc in Zaria.
I hate biased judgement just because of ethnicity and some useless grudge against northeners.
You can't stay in the East and be making assumptions about what happens in the North.

You might after paying or offering items to the wrong hands become a dupe.Now if you are desperate for a particular course,you might go any length just to get that course, and in the course of that you meet both the good and the bad. Some connected people can even give you admission without taking a dime from you.
Now the apparent truth is that mbbs is a highly competitive course, based on logistics a lot of people want it both qualified and unqualified ones. Now after the merit list, maybe they need 300 students,merit cut off will always be high for mbbs,so they might take 100 merit, then remaining slot is for those with quota, staff, connection,money,politicians.But there must be merit before any shenanigan dealings

wow this thing am hearing about UNN is it true? cos I applied their this year and am from akwa ibom. I refuse to chose UNIUYO because of this same issue.
