Early this year, I was arrested along with my wife, in Lagos. We were brought to the court but we later regained our freedom due to the power of my money and connections.
I have to admit, I have done wrong and I have caused pains to several families but I want to live and pay for my evil crimes.

If this story is true, his lawyer would be cringing by now. Most counsels would usually advise their clients not to make any public statements as the prosecutor could use it against them in court.

But as this man is confessing to a multitude of crimes (apparently without being coerced), his lawyer will have no choice but to negotiate a plea bargain on his behalf in order to receive a lighter sentence; which is even a remote possibility due to the nature and frequency of the offenses he has confessed to.
