This is an in invitation to interested individuals, corporations or entities to partner with Akam Ekombe Nigeria Ltd in the management of its 50 hectares oil palm plantation.
Prelude
Akam Ekombe is an indigenous Agro based medium scale enterprise located in Ekori yakurr LGA with its headquarters in No 30 spring Road Essien Town Calabar.

The company, based on its current output, can be considered to be a medium scale enterprise but based on its net worth the company has the potential to go large scale with the proper management structures in place. The company is currently entirely owned/run by the Ekpombang family[i happen to be a member of this family].
The company has investments in oil palm[about 50 hectares of planted and mature palm stand bearing optimally],Ogbono[over 500 stands of Ogbono trees bearing fruit optimally] poultry ,bee keeping[over 50 hives colonized and producing raw fresh unadulterated honey] etc.Akam Ekombe Nig ltd currently is the highest single family land owner in Ekori with vast expanse of lands spread across the rural catchment area.

Recently the company procured a new processing plant that runs on biomass and we are currently able to use steam engines/farm waste to power our processing equipment which enables us save on energy costs.
We also own and operate a functional kernel crushing unit which we hope to improve on an expand as we assess our immediate abilities.

Currently our farm has the capacity to produce over 2000 rubbers of oil through the peak and off peak season and mathematically these figures are underestimated taking into consideration theft and sabotage.

The area of need

Over the years the oil palm area of our business has been managed entirely by the family and due to a number of problems ,management has been unable to achieve the full potential of the oil palm processing area of business.

The company is lacking in terms of human capacity and as such we suffer immense sabotage in the hands of locals and our own workers.

We have lacked a stable work force to enable us carry out basic operations like;pruning harvesting transportation ,milling and storage of oil in a seamless and efficient manner and this has allowed for massive stealing of products by our workers and have left the business under-performing.

We are not originally based in the rural community and rely on our staff most of the time to ensure the smooth running of the business ,we are convinced our inability to be physically present at all times has encouraged the incidence of massive sabotage from our own staff.

we believe that a partnership with a firm or individual wit the capacity to handle our highlighted areas of need would go a long way to boost our net output and increase profitability.

I hereby welcome any interested individuals/group of individuals willing to meet us and discuss about a possible partnership where we can fashion out a way to mitigate the highlighted problems.

The following areas of need are paramount to us and any partnership most proffer solutions to these problems;

We need honest workers who would share our goal and work hard to assist us reach that goal.
we need a management structure in place that would ensure the smooth operations of our oil palm processing business and reduce sabotage and stealing by our own workers and the locals.
we are also open to discussing possible investments in infrastructure that would help to improve on our overall operations and we are open to welcome cooperation from any potential partner in a manner that would be captured in an agreement.

We are open to entering into contract with any such individual/group of individual where a profit sharing percentage among other modalities would be discussed and agreed upon.

this is a brief statement of what we need and any interested individuals /companies should contact the following for more information and further discussions
