Believe me, what everyone wants is maximum satisfaction from our meal. Unknowingly here are 5 items that deadens your taste buds before meal.

1. Glucose

Glucose is a simple sugar that's commonly manufactured from starch. It's usually used to increase the sugar content of any product. If you had a taste of glucose before meal, it's bound to taste bleak to you.

2. Coca-Cola

It's such a popular drink worldwide, have you ever drank Coke then a meal immediately after? Then you should have firsthand knowledge about what I'm talking about, it alters the actual flavour of the food.

3. Lime

With an acidic ph of 2.40, it's advisable not to take lime before eating. you may be setting yourself up for diminished taste of food.

4. Cigarettes

Smoking is really bad for your sense of taste. The tar in the cigarettes coasts your tongue, dulling the ability to taste.

5. Alcohol

Since many foods have an important textural component, alcohol has an anesthetizing effect on the texture receptors of the tongue. After having one too many drinks, things might taste differently to you.

Enjoy your meals and Stay Blessed grin
