Job Summary For Senior Sales Consultant PMS Ltd – Senior Sales Consultant

The role entails working alongside the principal consultant and the business analysis unit to ensure that we maintain the most efficient and productive marketing campaign in Nigeria. You must posses drive, motivation and acute attention to detail in ensuring all sales opportunities to PMS are captured and explored. Have excellent knowledge of the life cycle of a direct marketing campaign, specific knowledge regarding the setting up of direct marketing campaigns, experience in producing counts, experience of processing cold list, campaign selection and producing campaign reports. You also need to have a good knowledge of network marketing and able to successfully set it up for every necessary project we carry out.

You will work with the business analysis unit to estimate the demand for products and services offered by the company and its competitors and identify potential markets for our products.

Traveling is a major part of this role and it is predicted to be predominantly Nigeria and other African countries. International travel can be expected from time to time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Market/sales analysis
Provide in-house training on sales, self development and leadership skills
Running of the entire sales force
Sales performance evaluation
Providing intelligence on competition
Customer acquisition, retention and after sales support
Setting up Affiliate and Network partners
Work with the business analysis unit to determine market segment
Conduct Direct marketing/Sales activities
Lead generation
New contract acquisition
Sales induction for new sales agents
Evaluate new sales agent and orientate them
Set individual and team sales targets
Team building
Draw up training programs for the entire sales force
Identifying new opportunities and provide intelligence on competition

JOB PURPOSE:

To develop company’s database to maximise sales and revenue.
To set up and develop channel partners for PMS
To set up sales programs for our clients
To track, analyze and report on marketing campaigns.
To accurately and regularly report on campaign outcomes and marketing
Initiatives, providing written feedback and recommendations on findings,
trends and future strategy.
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

You are expected to be educated to a degree level in any discipline with a personal motivation and enthusiasm to work in the marketing industry.
Experience in network/affiliate marketing and sales
Ability to prioritize, work under pressure and deliver to agreed deadlines.
Thoroughness, accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
Excellent knowledge of the life cycle of a direct marketing campaign and specific knowledge regarding the set up of direct marketing campaigns
Experience in producing counts, experience of processing cold list, campaign selection and producing campaign reports.

Salary:

Monthly Basic + OTE
Benefits: 25 days holiday + concessionary days, contributory pension scheme, Central location.
Status: Full-time, Monday – Friday.
