I always wonder who deserve the kind of music to be played in a commercial vehicle esp those on long trips. The driver is there because of the passengers, and they say 'Customers are always right' so deserve to b given their kind of music.
On the contrary, the driver needs to be alert to drive well with full concentration. So he might require a particular kind of music to keep going.

So please, whose interest should it be?

Please, what's your take on this?

On any platform the rider has the right. Most times I'll ask my rider if he or she is okay with the current music or not.

Unfortunately most of those bus driver no send you, you don buy ticket so if you like vex go down and if na danfo no even try ask am to change the jam.

On the issue of concentration and alertness, if he like make dey play 50cent in da club. When sleep ready hold am e go even open eye down jonz.

The driver.... Simply because if you start letting one passenger decide what to listen, then they will all be asking for "their" own jam.

So the driver should tune into a commercial radio station, and Basta!
