Adamawa Provincial Secondary School (Gen. Murtala Muhammed College), Yola (1920)?!
Katsina Provincial Secondary school (Government College, Katsina) (1930)?!
I don't know why you guys keep demoting my Alma mater. Baptist Academy Obanikoro remains the first school in Nigeria, Founded 1855, not 1885 as you always claim.

There are scores of schools not listed in that list.
My school isn't listed and I'm not finding this funny at all.
Stay with pre1900 and stay safe.

There are several errors and omissions in this list. This is because of this point you mentioned. If the OP could go beyond 1950, then the term 'earliest' should be removed from title coz by 1948 Nigeria already had two higher schools which automatically makes Secondary School a sub-par.

Before those two schools were existing, anyone with a Secondary school qualification is considered educated and usually was the end for most Nigerians except for the rich, the gifted and the socially exposed who pursue advance learning​ abroad.

You really should have stopped at 1900.
Omissions and errors abound when the list goes beyond that time frame.

Osogbo Grammar School est. 1950 is not there. And there will be others established in 1950 and several others between 1900-1950 that this list omitted.
