'It was a sad day for the people of Okoni, Uromi Edo State as Fulani herdsmen killed a young innocent young man at the far.
This is getting out of hand, and if the government cannot do anything about it, the different communities in Edo should organise themselves and send the herdsmen far away from their place.
People are no longer going to farm in our villages because of Fulani herdsmen, some are scared to even sleep in their houses because they don't know what will happen the next minute'.

They live all over the forest in Esanland expecially on the road to Illushi.

In 2015 we warned people these sort of things were bound to happen but never in our wildest dream did we foresee the scope and scale of Fulani thirst for blood.

I can recall during rice harvest around DECEMBER/JANUARY they came in hundreds(probably they committed somewhere) so they were having problem with space and where seeking for expansion,during this process they entered into farms destroying crops when the IBAJI'S farmer whom their crops were destroyed retaliated they experienced hell.they are been accommodated because we believe in collective peace among us.
