How can a bank put customer's fund on hold without providing him the reasons why such fund is on hold. Only giving a flimsy feedback that they are working on it. I had 34k in my account, made a withdrawal of 10k and 4k and 2kfrom POS. Immediately, Union bank put 4k and 6k I withdrew on hold after I had collected the money followed by a debit alert including all the money in my account. The balance of 17800 I have is equally on hold. They keep telling me the are investigating and would give me a feed back. Today is gone and I can't have access to my balance. This money was my Jun salary. I don't know how to survive with my family this weekend. Do banks just punish their customers unjustly?
