I want to start up a business, I believe it's promising. Therefore, I prefer to bridge this "Capital" challenge by using my NYSC discharge certificate get federal government loan.  Dont know if banks will accept that as a collateral. Since ur name is inscribed on it....I dont tink its valuable anymore |
