As we become independent as adults, there is the need to enjoy the foods we love after a long day at work. These sessions will guide us to prepare those meals we fancy so much without compromising our taste buds. Welcome to the Disciples' Recipe. I am the Veil consultant.

Lazy man's breakfast

For a start of day, one need a burst of energy. This is generally contained in his carbohydrates as well as fruit drinks. Proteins are a rich source of muscle materials for people who need to meet up with their body daily demands.

Firstly, cut the bread into two pieces. Toast one set and leave the other set without toasting.
Next, break an egg and place directly into heated oil. Add no salt. Take out as soon as the egg meets your specification.
Smoke the meat slices for less than ten minutes. Add some salt and pepper during this process.
Fry a piece of sausage and a couple of mushroom bits until some brown tint is attained.
Slice tomatoes and add to meal.
Voila. Enjoy this rather simple but filling meal as you start up your day.
