COMMANDER 13 BRIGADE, CALABAR LEAD SOLDIERS TO CLEAN UP HEAPS OF REFUSE FROM THE POPULAR CALABAR WATT MARKET AND MARIAN MARKET. The state governor, Senator Ayade, has obviously not been able to find the right formula or the right people to deal with the refuse crisis in Calabar. And to think that this is an area we had a niche, where other states were copying from us how to keep their cities clean, before Ayade came to power is even more disheartening.
