If the report given by a security operative very close to people investigating the notorious kidnapper Evans is anything to go by he may not go to prison The source says popular criminals like Evans are good at ensuring jailbreak because of their money and popularity hence the government is not ready to loose him to jail break and would prefer to continue to keep him in police detention
