help anyone.. just got this phone..running on Android 7.0. when I make calls I have to place my mouth very close to the mouth piece for the receiver to hear me clearly..... is it just me... I can hear the other party clearly, but he can barely hear me when my mouth ain't close to the mouth piece.. any solution is welcomed..

That's how one of d workers came that she wants to help n test d charging.she now arranged d pack back n told me to buy screen guard 800.i did only to get home n saw it came with its own screen guard n pouch. ☹️ my extra 800 took a walk .

Charge your phone to a 100%, reboot, use till 10% (don't charge), screen shot your Screen on time in settings >> Battery >> Display, Screen shot the battery graph and all the apps under it. Post them all here.

I just tried taking a screenshot..but the Flickering line isn't showing in th screenshot ..i even did screen record. It still didn't catch the flickering line coming on and off...

So i guess its not a software problem...i think oo... What do I know ...let know what u think...

Its a hardware issue. Since there's no physical damage, Carlcare should be able to change the touch calibrator for you free of charge. Yes you're entitled to it!

Hmm. That is very poor. I suggest you visit their Carlcare and lay complains so they can have a proper look into your issue.

I also have charging problems, I think infinix has decided to get us. I am not sure if it is charging port

Mine can stay on 10% for like 3 minutes and the worst I've experienced is 12% in 2 hours.

Now using the flash charger, it charges in 2-2½ hours
