Good day NLders. I have this test in the morning and it says "functional based test". Before some1 comes and says "use google", I have been using it but no reasonable result. So please any1 who can give me a good insight to the whole process, I will appreciate.

Functional base test has to do with assessment/test relating to the job functional duties. That is, you can prepare for d test by reading materials on the job field. U will get disappointed at d end of d test if u prepare solely with GMAT.
