I kindly want people's contributions here. A brother of mine got an employment as a factory worker without an agent. It was a direct employment from a Company from Dubai with a salary of 1,500aed. The company promises free accomodation however they also came with an agreement of deducting 5-7% of his monthly salary based on the amount they spent on getting him a visa and ticket.

I humbly ask people who have gotten work experience in Dubai to please give handful informations.
