In addition I want a toilet on each sitting room. This is going to be in benin on a 100by 1oo feet land.

eghosajohnny with the adjustment what will be your final figure. Does this include plastering, ceiling and windows?

i really don't know if anybody can give u an estimate without a floor plan, am not a builder but we have many good builders here who can help you with that. if they see your floor plan.
