stay up earlier than 10am
eat much food to a simple plate like the round onion little breakable plate
simple thing to do sleep early
and jump severally before having your bath
jump at a round of 50times or 30times with your hands below your waist stretched like you are holding a bicycle
it could be half stretched or lower stretched so you don't stress your energy
exercise always warrants it's comfort and should not be rigorous
this will help you to burn out fats even into the bone
and will ensue freedom to your bowel system
the last one you might have to stay more off electronic food if you can't maintain the balance

that way you can learn how to handle much of electronic food if you can't stay off it

a calorie lecture will also be important so you can match up the strength to being a model
