Youth System Overview – Pure Facts by JoeClark121: 2:27pm On Jul 08, 2017
Long story short, I went 100% investing into youth from day one of GU Pro. I do not have one player on my team who is not from my youth. My starting line-up is 80 or so and below are some comments
- there are basically 3 ways to manage club, buy good old players, develop players or do a bit of both.
- I chose youth:
SKILLS: and as far as skills go, most of my players who are reaching 23-24yo and have strength of 7.5, I doubt they will ever reach 3x100 + 1x90 as top old players do in this game. I really do not see much benefit in training youth when it comes to skills value. A top youth player may achieve 390 in skills around age of 26-27 and I am talking very few of those, Customer Service Video while it is possible to buy same player just 2-3 years older… all that wait and hard work for little benefit really.
EXPERIENCE: Experience plays massive role in this game and this is what hurts my club the most… my players play in all comp games and will reach 100 in experience at around 28-29yo – just as those on the market. Problem is that high skills low experience teams like mine are set against top teams in Intl masters and get thrashed by them. This makes it very hard to get more experience as my team plays fewer games.
