Justice Agbadu Fishim,the judge of the National Industrial Court (NIC) has been arraigned by the EFCC over collection from Seven Senior Advocates of Nigeria (SANs) a sum of N4.65 million.

He was arraigned on a 19-count charge of unlawful enrichment.

He was therefore granted bail on self recognizance.

It was reported that according to Rotimi Oyedepo,EFCC's prosecutor that Fishim collected a total sum of N4.65 million from seven SANs,a lagos-based lawyer and one other law firm between 2013 and 2015.

He claimed that the money was paid into Fishim's firstbank account,300819941

Oyedepo also emphasized that the Judge couldn't give an account of how the money got to his account.
