If at any point in time you decide to install or use an app in your phone and discovered it show " SCREEN OVERLAY DETECTED". Don't labour much trying to fix. Just go to Google Play Store and download "Install Button Unlocker" and install it. Open and turn it on and see it gives you permission over other apps. Try it now.
