The Federal Road Safety headquarters in Rivers State Port Harcourt, located along Aba Express road, due to the 24hours rain on the Saturday 22/07/2017 which lasted for over 24hours and stopped at about 4:33am on the 23/07/2017. On getting to the office today it has been filled with water all round the corner of the building with their official duty vehicles drown in water.
