@ lordizak, The law of demand states that the lower the price of a commodity, the higher the quantity to be demanded. So the demand graph is obeying the law of demand.

I.c is the locust point of combination of two commodities says x and y which yield the same satisfaction to the consumer.it is an ordinalistic which stipulate that utility is ranked according to their satisfaction. Every rational consumer tends to maximize is utility and minimize it cost.the i c is convex to the origin. For a consumer to be at equilibrium is ic must be tangential to the ratio of the commodity price(the budget line)

Thats good. In my own word: I.C (Indifference Curve) Is a curve that shows the combination of goods which a consumer can purchase (Commodity A&B), yielding the same level of satisfaction such that he is indifferent to the satisfaction he gets.

   i  think your question is synonyms to the definition of economics given by prof aluko as common sense made difficult by people. The empty box insuliate that generality of every human to have economic ambition.  Mark me  if am right
