Bro if you have a huge amount in your account or that of your guardian as proof, just go ahead and apply with all the evidence you got admission. US visa can never be done by any agent except maybe to help u arrange fake documents to look real. Just show account statement of huge money.

have you applied for the school and have they given you admission? If yes... travel.state.gov or ceac.state.gov

The visa fee is at Gtbank.. 64,000naira.

Make sure you're genuine with big money in account before u do. They need proof of good sponsor of you that got fat money I repeat. It's the major thing. Use the second site and select D-160 ...just carefully go through all instructions before you further. Goodluck

It is. Except you don't have the requirements. US visa can never be bought with money.

everything can b bought with money including US visa provided the embassy is in Nigeria.
