The Academic Staff Union of Polytechnics (ASUP), Benpoly Chapter has embarked on an indefinite strike action on Wednesday 26th July 2017. This was made known after ASUP members held a meeting in the school, according to some sources in the school the staffs are being owed salaries for several months. The school was empty as offices were locked and few students were seen hanging around their various departments.
