i discussed this on another thread few weeks ago - Judas was guilty. He was not destined to betray Jesus. It could have been anyone not necesarily him but he nominated himself for the devil to use through his love for money. The devil was looking for an ally and found one in Judas. Nothing was forced upon him. Everythin he did was his own choice
