It was Very difficult for me to get Kenkey when I was in Ghana.

Is it like a local food that hotels don't prepare except the locals?
Very difficult?
Where did you stay?

That sounds strange. Kenkey is not hard to find at all in Accra.

I'm a Ghanaian, hail from volta region. Where I come from, we speak the ewe language. My region is known for different kinds of trade, especially fishing. We've the volta Lake, which links to the Atlantic Ocean.

We've different varieties of food, but my favorite is banku and kenkey..

1st pic is kenkey second is banku...
