You do not get it. No body mixes anything with kerosene.

What people buy is called 'burn fire' in PH. It is gotten from illegal refineries. People buy it because real kerosene is sold at over N200 per litre. The high cost of kerosene has pushed people into buying the condescent.

Buhari and APC made it so. This high cost of kerosene is really encouraging the illegally refineries.
