When custom officials leave the borders and start mounting road blocks and searches in our cities and expressways, he have a law enforcement units that are as unprofessional and money hungry as street prostitutes.

Only in Nigeria will police man stop your vehicle without any legal grounds or suspicion but to check if your papers are correct.

Only in Nigeria will custom officials see new vehicles plying the roads outside the borders and stop them to inquire if their papers are correct. The motivation is money and never the love for law or country.

Two Customs officers have been confirmed dead by the Katsina Custom command after an attack by suspected armed robbers. The officers were killed on Sunday, July 30 while on duty along Daura Road in Katsina. The Spokesman of the command, Peter Duniya, who confirmed the killing said the officers were on routine patrol at Dogon-Hawa Community, near Shargalle Village in the Dutsi Local Government Area of the state when they met their fate.

The dead officers have been identified as ‪‎Nuradeen Babandi‬ (pictured) and Chief Superintendent of Customs Maidama Yabo...

Mr. Duniya said that the command had deployed officers from the intelligence unit of the customs to unravel the reason for the killing.

Pay ur customs duty and no mother-ucker will disturb u. U can only see check points 40km from d border point. This present dispensation didnt giv room for such illegal check points. The only unit u will see along the road is a Patrol team which is usually on information Patrol. Shud u be in their shoes, u will do worse Dan dem.
