Antiretroviral Drugs are administered on HIV positive patients after series of test have been done on patients at the research institute at Yaba Lagos, like the cd4 cell counts, and viral load .and patients do not just use the drugs anyhow until they are directed to a Government hospital where the drugs will be prescribed on them as shown by the test done.As you know that Antiretroviral Drugs could have a devastating effect on some vital organs of the body so much precautions is needed .i do not know what you mean by accessments of Antiretroviral Drugs.
