do State has set to digitize Public Libraries in order to help encourage reading Culture in the state.



This was disclosed on Tuesday when Gov. Godwin Obaseki made a statement when he received the report of the Joint Implementation Team on Public and Secondary School Library System in Edo in Benin.

According to the governor, its purpose was to make the student move away from the harms of home videos by installing a digitalised library with books that can be accessed from home.

This according to him has been the reason it planned to “ facilitate every local government headquarters with solar panel electricity to power offices and libraries to be set up.”
