The Anambra State Governor, Willie Obiano has explained that the early Sunday morning shooting that left eight worshippers dead and over eighteen others wounded when a gunman opened fire on the worshippers at St. Philip Catholic Church, Ozubulu, Ekwusigo Local Government Area of Anambra state is an isolated case and not an invasion as claimed at some quarters. He said the attackers who stormed the church opened fire when the saw that one of the cars parked outside the church belonged to that of their target. He said the attack is a result of a drug war brought home from South Africa by two sons of the community. Watch video below:
