Functional Capabilities
Supply chain management and optimization:
Demonstrates the ability to monitor and report on supply chain equipment activities to enable the performance and sustainability of existing networks to be evaluated efficiently.
Planning, Project and Resource Management:
It supports the planning, effort and resources to predict your own equipment to manage data from various sources to collect.

Information management and reporting:

Gather to allow accurate and timely data and make informed decisions at the time of reporting within the individual unit, and thus the humanitarian community as a whole.
Market analysis, contractual and operational performance:

The ability to collect the necessary information and the WFP to help pick up operational decisions, to be informed.
Stock and inventory management:



Demonstrates the ability to undergo surgical procedures and regulatory guidelines for the management of the company and effectively manage the WFP warehouse to ensure the reduction of losses in stock.
Technical assistance and coordination:

It is aware of the importance of technical assistance and coordination with key stakeholders and logistical capacity activities that are respected to the direct mandates and program priorities.

The Standard Minimum Qualifications
Education: High school diploma. A post-secondary certificate in logistics, warehouse management and general management activities desired.
Language: Fluency (Level C) in English
MS Office: Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word
Experience is required to play the role to access
Databases to extract logistic experience using routine reports.
Should have experience in the management of warehouses with food and non-food products.
Experience in inventory management.
Experience in invoice processing.
