I have an online forum and I would like to advertise for moderators but before I do that, I am not sure whether I can get voluntery moderators or if I have to pay them, how I can do that with a forum that is not yet generating any profit from ads ? |

Moderators on Nairaland are volunteers. So you may want to get a few members and ask if they could help moderate areas for you. When the site starts generate some revenue, remember to PDP the money among your mods. |

I am South African, based in South Africa the url is www.mzansionline.com, It's pretty similar to Nairaland. I know there is a lot of work to be done there, I am making a lot of changes in the coming weeks, I am new to webdesigning so I am learning as I go, I am almost tempted to sell it though. |
