That man urgently need oxygen support, he possibly has pleural effusion with the chest tube he has. My experience @ Badagry General hospital is horrible. It's all about d money n not service. I saw around maternity wards. One nurse attending to nearly 30 children @ the paediatric centre. The same nurse was seen outside the premise abandoning all the new born . They extort patient at will. I think the sets of workers there should be change
