Life remains a mystery due to the evasiveness of a full understanding of its rationale. This reality mostly dawns on many in turbulent situations where their hope magically turns to hopelessness and paranoia into tangible occurrences. The human instinct tends to advise surrendering to the thorns of that moment, insisting that you're entrapped and impotent. Taking a mental glimpse of the reasonable alternative, counteractive option may seem like a Mount Everest that is onerous to climb. Note that yielding to instinct's call is wrapped with an insidious hazard to your mind's well-being.

Giving up, which means a dissolved resolve to stay up, is very likely to distort your psyche, leaving you with a defeatist mindset. This is a mindset which frequently gravitates toward dignifying challenges by cowardly avowing ''You win!'' Being in the know that the sea of life is tumultous and perceiving problems as a reflection of the existential process wire you to try just one more time. The way you see that difficulty can make a difference. Norman Vincent Peale posited that "problems are a sign of life.'' Avoiding the entrenchment of a giving-up and challenges-you-win mentality in you by always (not sometimes) reckoning that "it is always too soon to quit" can just be that final step in getting that solution. Hence, to stay up, step up those efforts and do not give up.
