“For some time ago Theudas rose up, claiming to be somebody. A number of men, about four hundred, joined him. He was slain, and all who obeyed him were scattered and came to nothing.” Acts 5:36 NKJV

Everybody is somebody. You’re somebody to your family, to your state, to your church, to your world and to your God, among others.
So, who are you?

A believer of Jesus Christ is a son of God (See John 1:12)

A son of God is a commander (Luke 4:3). He has power to issue orders and to enforce compliance. He can say to one go and he goes, and to another come and he comes. He has authority over the demons in his territory. The spirits are subject unto him. Therefore, he rules even in the midst of his enemies.

A son of God is an overcomer (1 John 5:4-5). He has the power to subdue his world and bring all problems under his feet. Whatever problem he doesn’t solve is the problem that he believes he can’t solve. (Mark 9:23)

A son of God is under God’s protection. He is shielded from the evil in the world, and can only be touched by God’s permission. And when perchance God allows him to be touched, it is for his decoration.

A son of God is a sovereign on the earth (Rev.5:9-10). Heaven is the throne of God, and the earth He has given to His sons to govern. So, he is a king on the earth. The earth is our dominion and not Satan’s. Satan is an illegal immigrant on earth. Therefore, if he is in authority it is because the sons of God allowed him.

A son of God is god (John 10:34). And as god, he is a mighty one. His beginning might be little but his end must surely be great. (See Job 8:7)

A son of God is the light of the world. When you imagine a world without light, you will see a world without life and development. So, a son of God is a life giver and an agent of development.
A life giver has life within him. That life is the life of God. So, Satan has no power to put sickness upon him.
Light is a weapon of deliverance because it shatters darkness effortlessly. So, a son of God is a deliverer. Light births change, and that means, a son of God is a change agent.

A son of God is a citizen of heaven. And he is sent to the earth as an ambassador of Christ.
Do you know why Moses could stand boldly before Pharaoh and demanded for the release of Gods people from slavery? It was because God sent him. An ambassador of a powerful kingdom bargains from a position of power because he knows the ability of his country. You are representing the most powerful kingdom on earth; never feel intimidated by your adversaries again.
