Yes,it's real. Paint transformation on the Lexus Rx350 3rd picture is a 50/50 shot of the paint work. On the left is the badly washed area and right is the corrected one. 4th picture is the finished work. Like I said .....yes the gloss is real Vehicle was coated with a high-end ceramic coating to help protect the paint and boost colour depth.
