Please is it normal for a car fan not to roll until AC is on? It is happening with my Toyota 2003 model car.... Y does it happen that way please? |

Oseka22: You would realise that your vehicle has 2 fans resting against the radiator. Fan 1 - Engages to blow air, when vehicle starts getting air starved Fan 2 - Turns on when you engage the AC button. So it's an AC fan In certain conditions, when your vehicle has been kazzemized, both fans would run immediately you turn on your engine....... I hope I have not confused you? 1 Like |

Oseka22: Has your car ever overheated? If no, them you have no problem. Its just that you are not aware when it comes on and goes off without AC. To know, after driving for like 30mins, stop and leave engine running while you observe the fans, if one or both doesnt come on in 5mins then something is wrong. Probably a faulty fan switch. |
