“After 25 countries, over 4000 wines?, 30 universities, 1200 wineries (and many jet lags), I am ready for a small break in my hometown, Athens. The last part of our wine studies begins in France ??, in a month. My feelings are mixed as I leave behind friends, memories, and experiences which will be with me forever.
