The General Overseer of Royal God's Commandment Ministry a.k.a "Obot Uboho" meaning "Mount of Deliverance" sighted at Okon Edak street off Atamumu, Calabar South Local Government Area, was apprehended last Friday for supposedly killing an 18 months baby for his devilish ritual.


The so-called pastor, who is a father of four employed a young man in his vicinity to get him a baby for sacrifice and agreed to pay for his services.

"One of the drug addicts who patronises one of the major drug den at Atamunu was contracted by the pastor to conduct the kidnap exercise so he can be paid for his normal dose of cocaine." according to Calabar Reporters.

An eyewitness said:

"Unfortunately for the kidnapper, the area vigilante uncovered his identity and was trailed and reported to the Nigerian Police who led the arrest. The kidnapper soon confessed to his crimes having been exposed to a tip of the mob’s anger and that led to the arrest of the pastor."

The suspect carried them to the church, where the pastor was seen with blood filled cloths which was as a result of murdering the child and removed his inner parts. Following the anger among the people, he was almost lynched but the quick arrival of the police hindered them, but they angrily destroyed the alter of the church.

The people discovered undies of men and ladies, wooden toys of men and women with their photographs tied together, dresses and shoes of victims, and photos of people being padlocked.

The very shocking part was when a fresh heart was seen with blood dipping down largely.

An eye witness said:

"This church, they will drink beer inside the church with all manner of circular music, we knew that this man wasn’t clean but we didn’t have evidence yet to expose him”

The convicted have been put under the custody of Uwanse Police station newly commissioned.
