Sony Music West Africa’s General Manager, Micheal Ugwu has replied Ycee over allegations of reaping off naïve musicians.

Responding in a series of tweets, the music boss also indirectly called Ycee's rant as libel against him.

"Not the first time I’ve been called out and I doubt it will be the last" he said.

Ycee had taken to Twitter on Monday to call out Ugwu, in what appeared to be a contract gone bad.

The singer accused him of trying to completely reap off his work.

It would be recalled that back in October 2016, as part of its expansion in Africa, Sony Music Entertainment announced that it had signed an exclusive deal with Ycee, who also confirmed it via Instagram.

But it's obvious that the deal has gone bad and Ycee is not happy.
