my system started this errors, rundll errors and would aask me if i would wish to debug , of which i normally click ok, when i start up my system ,it shows and also pops up when i click a link while browsing like a hundered times,
so i formatted my system nut unfortunatelyy the person i gave my system to used a stupid format , without the V G A card, now my iccons are so big and the scfreen is kinda blurred , should i reformat or what?

reformat? lol. All you need to do is get the vga driver for your system. What is the brand/model of your system?
Did your system come with any set of CDs

my system model is toshiba satellite pro l300, and yes it came with an xp recovery cd, but the windows is vista,
