Prior experience and advanced education is not necessary.
The individual should have a camera and must know how to use it.
The individual will be responsible for his/her transportation. This contract job can be Part time (or full time) depending on the individual and WILL BE terminated when the project is complete.

Also, the individual's work will be verified and if they are falsified or stolen, the contract will be void.
