Reactions have trailed a photo shared by the Former Lagos Police Public Relation Officer, Dolapo Badmus, on her instagram page with two American cops, with one having tattoos on his hand. Nigerians have taken to the comment section on the post to call out the Nigerian Police over the way its officers treat innocent youths with tattoos.
