I'm assuming you're are familiar with php.
Download the PHPMailer script here https://github.com/PHPMailer/PHPMailer/archive/master.zip

It also contains examples you can start with.

Thanks boss. I downloaded it and trying to run it and what am seeing is Blackberry set up. Meanwhile, please do you know if i would be able to send to mass recipient with this software? Thanks for your time.

It seems to me that you're not a programmer. The link I gave you is to download a zip file, not a software. The zip file contains PHPMailer classes for sending emails and some examples of how to use the classes.
If what you want is to be able to send Bulk emails to people, then you need a software, not PHPMailer. Google search for "bulk email sender" and choose one (most ain't free though).
I'm not sure how you came about blackberry.
