Please phone gurus my tecno y2 has refused to come on it just stays at the tecno boot image because i installed a custom rom using twrp recovery and later did an advanced format without backing up my old os. And when i try to reboot it twrp recovery tells me "no os installed" Please what can i do... |

You'll have to install an OS. Best thing is to take it to Carlcare or look for a trusted phone engineer to help you load the OS. |
